1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by INNAAMI Beauty, including but not limited to:

• Brow treatments

• Lash services

• Waxing services

• Halal Brows

• Beauty consultations

• Accredited beauty training

• Masterclasses

• Digital education products

• In-person and online courses

Booking any service automatically constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Treatments

All treatment bookings, appointment fees, and deposits are strictly non-refundable.

When you secure an appointment, you are reserving dedicated business time, resources, and service allocation.

Training Courses, Masterclasses & Education

All course fees, deposits, tuition payments, masterclasses, manuals, and digital products are strictly non-refundable.

This applies to:

• Accredited courses

• Beginner courses

• Masterclasses

• Online programmes

• Digital resources

• Certification fees

• Course deposits

By booking, you acknowledge that all sales are final unless otherwise required under UK consumer law.

3. Treatment Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule appointments by providing a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time.

With 24+ Hours Notice:

• One reschedule may be offered, subject to availability.

With Less Than 24 Hours Notice:

• Payments are forfeited

• No refunds will be provided

• A new booking fee may be required

Missed Appointments / No-Shows:

Failure to attend without notice will result in full loss of payment.

4. Training Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Students must provide at least 7 full days’ notice before the training start date for cancellation or rescheduling requests.

With 7+ Days Notice:

• Date transfers may be considered at business discretion

• Transfer is not guaranteed

• Additional administrative fees may apply

With Less Than 7 Days Notice:

• No refunds

• No guaranteed date changes

• Full payment remains due

Failure to Attend:

Missed training sessions may result in complete loss of course fees.

5. Deposits

All deposits are:

• Non-refundable

• Non-transferable unless agreed otherwise

• Used to secure appointments or course spaces

Failure to comply with booking policies may result in deposit forfeiture.

6. Client and Student Responsibilities

By booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information

• Disclose medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications

• Complete required patch tests

• Follow all aftercare guidance

• Arrive punctually

• Behave respectfully toward staff and students

• Follow course participation requirements

INNAAMI Beauty reserves the right to refuse service, treatment, or education where:

• Safety is compromised

• Behaviour is inappropriate

• Medical concerns arise

• Policies are violated

7. Late Arrival Policy

Late arrivals may result in:

• Shortened appointment duration

• Treatment refusal

• Cancellation without refund

• Reduced course participation time

• Loss of payment

8. Certification & Educational Disclaimer

Training enrolment does not guarantee:

• Automatic certification

• Insurance eligibility

• Business success

• Employment

• Accreditation beyond course scope

Students must successfully complete all required standards.

9. Medical, Health & Safety Disclaimer

INNAAMI Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment or course participation if:

• Contraindications exist

• Patch tests fail

• Allergies create risk

• Medical disclosure is incomplete

• Safety concerns arise

No refunds will be issued where treatment or participation is denied due to undisclosed medical information.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All INNAAMI Beauty materials remain protected intellectual property, including:

• Course manuals

• Training resources

• Branding

• Logos

• Educational frameworks

• Website content

• Photography

Unauthorised copying, sharing, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INNAAMI Beauty is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions where procedures were followed correctly

• Client non-compliance with aftercare

• Student business performance

• Indirect financial loss

• Missed appointments due to client negligence

• Third-party software failures

Nothing excludes liability where prohibited under UK law.

12. Privacy & Legal Compliance

By booking, you also agree to:

• Privacy Policy

• Legal Disclaimer

• Accessibility policies

• Consent forms

• Media consent where applicable

13. Amendments to Terms

INNAAMI Beauty reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The latest version will always be available via official business channels.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any legal disputes shall fall under UK jurisdiction.
