  • Appointment slots, course spaces, and resources are reserved specifically for you

  • Deposits and payments secure your place and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law

  • Treatments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

  • Training courses may require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for transfer requests

  • Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of payments

  • Digital products, downloadable materials, and immediately accessed educational content may lose cancellation rights once accessed

Nothing in this policy removes or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Refunds may only be issued where:

  • Services are not provided with reasonable care and skill

  • Services are materially misrepresented

  • Legal cancellation rights apply

  • Refunds are otherwise required under applicable consumer protection legislation

1. General Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made to INNAAMI Beauty are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws in England and Wales.

  • Lash services

  • Waxing services

  • Halal Brows

  • Beauty consultations

  • Accredited training courses

  • Masterclasses

  • Beginner courses

  • Online courses

  • In-person training

  • Digital resources

  • Course manuals

  • Certification fees

  • Registration fees

  • Deposits

  • Gift vouchers (unless legally required)

By securing a booking, you are reserving dedicated business time, professional expertise, educational resources, and operational costs.

2. Legal Basis Under England & Wales Consumer Law

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and related UK legislation:

  • Time-specific appointments and scheduled services may not be eligible for cancellation once booked

  • Immediate-access digital products may lose cooling-off rights

  • Reserved training spaces may be treated as allocated service provisions

  • Deposits may be retained where lawful

  • Product preparation occurs in advance

  • Lost booking opportunities impact business income

Rescheduling Terms:

  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice required

  • Rescheduling subject to availability

  • One transfer may be offered at business discretion

Less Than 24 Hours Notice:

  • Full payment forfeited

  • Deposit forfeited

  • No refund

  • New booking required

No-Shows:

Failure to attend without notice results in:

4. Training Courses, Masterclasses & Education Refund Policy

Strict Non-Refundable Rule

All training fees, deposits, tuition, certification payments, manuals, digital materials, and educational products are non-refundable.

Reason:

  • Training spaces are limited

  • Course preparation begins immediately

  • Materials are allocated

  • Administrative costs are incurred

  • Accreditation and certification costs may apply

  • Reserved spaces may prevent other student bookings

Cancellation / Transfer Terms:

  • Minimum 7 full days’ notice required for transfer requests

  • Transfers are discretionary

  • Transfers are not guaranteed

  • Administrative fees may apply

Less Than 7 Days Notice:

  • Full payment retained

  • No guaranteed transfer

  • No refund

Failure to Attend:

  • Complete loss of fees

  • Certification may be withheld

  • Rebooking may require full repayment

5. Digital Products, Manuals & Online Content

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital goods:

  • All digital sales are final

  • No refunds once access is granted

  • Downloadable products are non-returnable

  • Online course materials are non-refundable

  • Immediate-access educational products waive cancellation rights where lawful

By purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate access.

6. Deposits Policy

All deposits are:

  • Strictly non-refundable

  • Non-transferable unless otherwise agreed

  • Used to reserve services or training places

  • Subject to forfeiture for policy breaches

Deposits may be retained to recover business losses caused by cancellations or non-attendance.

7. Gift Vouchers & Promotional Offers

8. Medical, Contraindications & Safety Refusals

INNAAMI Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment or training where:

  • Patch tests are failed

  • Contraindications are identified

  • Allergies create safety concerns

  • Pregnancy or health disclosures impact treatment safety

  • Medical forms are inaccurate

  • Client/student behaviour poses risk

Important:

No refund will be issued if refusal is due to undisclosed or inaccurate information provided by the client or student.

9. Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions

Late arrivals may result in:

  • Reduced treatment time

  • Cancellation

  • Refusal of service

  • Shortened course participation

  • Full payment forfeiture

Business discretion applies.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests based on exceptional circumstances (including illness, emergencies, travel issues, or personal matters) are assessed solely at the discretion of INNAAMI Beauty unless statutory law requires otherwise.

Supporting evidence may be requested.

Approval is not guaranteed.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension

  • Legal recovery action

  • Debt collection procedures

  • Permanent refusal of future bookings

12. Approved Refund Processing

Where refunds are legally required:
