An essential preliminary service to ensure client safety and prevent allergic reactions to beauty treatments like tinting or lamination. This quick, mandatory test helps identify sensitivities before a full service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment or course will result in the loss of the full payment amount. A new payment will be required to book again. With more than 48 hours’ notice, you may cancel or reschedule your booking online. Your card details are securely captured at the time of booking and will be charged automatically in the event of non-payment, late cancellation, or failure to attend.
